PeeWee HL 1-1 to start the weekend
The Owen Sound Peewee HL Girls E Embroidery team are in Barrie this weekend competing in the Sharkfest Tournament.
They opened their day with a 1-0 loss to Barrie Sharks White. After some team bonding the girls were eager to play the Waterloo Ravens. It was a back and forth battle. Hannah DesRoches' scored our first goal with a pass from Kate Patton. Katelynn Lavergne scored the empty net goal with a nice pass coming from Bonnie Slocombe. Final score 2-0. Cassidy Caswell played 2 outstanding games in the net earning her first shut out.
The girls will play Barrie Sharks Green tomorrow.
