2024 North York Stormfest U18 B Champions
The McArthur Tire U18 B Owen Sound Ice Hawks competed in the 2024 North York Stormfest on the weekend of November 15th to 17th. They showed incredible team effort in the round robin, achieving first place with 3 wins and one tie. They defeated Durham West Lightning 5-0 in the semi-final to advance to the finals. The gold medal game vs Markham-Stouffville was a nail-biter! They fought hard to score a short-handed goal in the second period and held on to the lead to secure the gold medal. In six games, this hard-working team scored 17 goals and allowed only 2 against. Congratulations to the players and staff for a great weekend of hockey!
