Let The Playdowns Begin
The Owen Sound Sign Street Novice "C" Ice Hawks began the OWHA Playdowns Friday night vs. Saugeen Storm at the Julie MacArthur Regional Recreation Center.  
Shailan Miller opened the scoring for the Ice Hawks.  The Storm scored to tie it mid way through the game.  With 46 seconds to go in the game Dani Wilkie scored the game winner on a break away wrist shot.
Sunday the Ice Hawks hosted Kincardine Kinuks and lost 4-1 with an empty net goal. Dani Wilkie scored on another breakaway for Owen Sound.
