PeeWee 'A' are on a 3 Game unbeaten streak!
The Mullin Electric / Bluewater Fire & Security PeeWee 'A' team are now riding a 3 game unbeaten streak.
As we hit the 3/4 point of the regular season, the girls are really beginning to show the drive that is necessary to be successful in this league.
With a 0 - 0 tie against Orangeville and a 1-1 tie vs Mississauga, the Icehawks visited Brampton Sun Dec 16th.
The games with Brampton are usually spirited affairs and this one would be no different. The IceHawks came ready to play and scored off the opening faceoff. Although the goal was waved off, the girls showed their tenacity and controlled the play to get two quick goals in the first period. Scoring was Sasha Morano assisted by Hillary Holyome and Avery Rowe assisted by Lauren Radbourne. All players had a great effort .
The rest of the game was a hard fought battle with some outstanding saves by Arenn Osadzuk to keep the Canadettes off the scoreboard.
Way to go team!!!
