Coaching application for the 2026-27 season! Please only submit one application, all interested applicants will be reviewed for Tier 2 and Tier 3 following Tier 1 tryouts. DEADLINE for Tier 1 coaching applications is December 31st, 2025.

I hereby authorize OSGH to conduct any investigation deemed necessary to verify my credentials, qualifications and character in order to meet their coaching requirements. Should I be selected, I further agree to abide by the Constitutions, Bylaws, and Policies of Hockey Canada, OWHA and OSGH.
