Internal Pre-tryout Skates will be held April 19 and are open to any current OSGH players who are registered for 2025 Tryouts. Players currently registered with OWHA programs outside of OSGH are not eligible to participate until External tryouts begin on April 22. These Pre-tryout skates are intended to provide all players with ice time prior to the start of team evaluations. Coaches for each level will be available to meet with players and parents to discuss the tryout process and plans for the upcoming season.

Please note that tryout schedules may change. Updates will be posted as soon as they are available. All ice times are at the Julie McArthur Regional Recreation Center unless noted otherwise.
The tryout fee will be $65 per person. This fee gives you the first two posted skates guaranteed. If you tryout for the tier 1 team and do not make the team, you can tryout for the tier 2 team at no additional cost. Tryout fees are non-refundable.
OSGH will be forming U9 and all tier 3 teams in the fall, with the exception of U18B which is included in the Spring tryout schedule. To initiate the planning process for these teams, we encourage all prospective players for these levels to join us for the following Open Skates which will include an information session for respective teams in the upcoming season:
