STOKE Strength and Conditioning Owen Sound Hockey Camps

We are excited to announce that Stoke Strength and Conditioning is returning to Owen Sound to run hockey camps from August 18-21.  Head On-Ice Instructor, two-time Olympian Jocelyne Larocque, will be offering a Novice-Atom-PeeWee Day camp and a Bantam & Midget Training Camp.  Both run from 9am - 4 pm from Tuesday to Friday and offer 2 hours of on-ice instruction per day, strength and conditioning sessions, and hockey talk/classroom sessions.
