Calling All Ice Hawks to Assist with Fox Chrysler Food Drive
Submitted By Sabrina McCoubrey on Monday, December 2, 2019
'Tis the season for giving and our Ice Hawk organization would like to give back to the community that supports them so much over the hockey season.

The Atom B's team sponsor, Fox Chrysler, is currently running a Food Drive and our team, on behalf of the entire Ice Hawk organization, would like to help them out.  As they set out to "Stuff a Truck" full of food, we would like to contribute by "Stuffing a Hockey Bag" full of food.

The next two Saturdays see a lot of Ice Hawk action at the Rec Centre and we are hoping we can count on our sister Ice Hawk teams to support us by encouraging their teammates & fans to bring a canned food item to the rink.
We will have a bag for collections set out both Saturday December 7th & 14th.

Saturday December 7th: Atom B, Peewee B, Bantam BB

Saturday December 14th: Novice LL, Novice C, Atom B

If your team is not playing on one of these game days and would still like to collect food donations that would be greatly appreciated.  Contact Sabrina McCoubrey to discuss a pick-up time.   You can also help by sharing this article on social media.    Together we can make a difference in our community.

Thank you in advance for your support.
