Player Sponsorship- Online Entry Form Now Active
In order to make our sponsorship program more efficient we have made some changes to our Player Sponsorship Program for the 2019-20 season.
Families that are using player sponsors to offset registration fees are asked to
fill out a Player Sponsorship E-form. The form is now live and you can access the form by clicking
here. If a player is using more than one sponsor, a separate form will have to submitted for each sponsor.
The deadline for submission of the sponsorship e-form is September 1st.
Sponsors are welcome to pay via e-transfer. The e-transfers can be sent to
[email protected]; please make sure e-transfer message includes player name and sponsor name.
Sponsor cheques and hard copies of the sponsorship forms will be collected on two nights:
September 3rd at 6 pm (Rec Centre) and September 4th at 7 pm (Rec Centre). The online e-form must be submitted before cheques and hard copies are collected.
