Barnard Bar Down Benefit Hockey Game-Thank You!
Submitted By Ginny Barnard on Friday, December 28, 2018
When we joined the Owen Sound Ice Hawks Team almost 2 years ago now, we never dreamed we would get another family.  I have never met a more amazing group of girls! And they are a testament to how great their parents are.    I want to first of all say a big Thankyou to Brett Miller, Tracey Harvey, Sue Yost and Laura VanDrunen.   They did a lot of the work to set up and run this benefit in a short amount of time.

To all the players who joined in the game, the parents who brought them, the families who came and watched, Alyssa’s former coaches, Jason Berner, the referees, Holly Miller and Stacey Campbell for taking pictures, all the people behind the scenes that I don’t know about, our friends and family who came out to support us, and Larry Miller.  I would also like to give a special Thank You to Shane Maddock and Marty Maisonnueve at Wollesley Mechanical and Plumbing for your generous donations of plumbing supplies for the raffle.  They were a big hit! Thank you very much for your support.

We are so grateful to live in such a great community.   We have a lived in the Owen Sound area our whole lives and we wouldn’t want it any other way.  The love and support we have received is overwhelming, and has left us speechless and in awe.

From the bottom of our hearts, we Thank You.

ūüíē Jason, Ginny, Austin, Eric and Alyssa  (Barney).
