ICE HAWKS PRE-SEASON WARM UP PARTY- Sunday September 10th, News (Owen Sound Girls Hockey)

Our Pre-Season Warm Up Party is open to Ice Hawks of all ages, with a focus on fun, comradery and team building.  The girls and team staff will rotate through the following activities led by professionals in their fields:  Physical Strength by Personal Trainer Jesse Topp of Topp Performance, Inner Strength by Yoga Instructor Sarah Moloney of Her Wellness, as well as Personal Strength by Community Safety Officer Constable Craig Peddle of Owen Sound Police Services. 

The warm up party will take place at Harrison Park Community Centre on Sunday, September 10 at 4pmPlease arrive early to register for the day.  Wear workout clothing and bring a water bottle, a yoga matt/beach towel, and a willingness to be a better person on and off the ice!

The stations will be followed by a pot luck supper and then a game of beach ball hockey.
