2024-2025 15A Coaching Announcement
OSGH is very happy to announce that Kate Gilkinson will be returning as our 15A coach for the 2024/25 season.
Kate is from Owen Sound and started her playing career with the Jr Attack before earning spots with the AAA Highlanders and AA Girls in Saugeen Maitland. She played 3 years at the Provincial Junior level with the Cambridge Rivulettes (now U22 Elite) before joining the Nipissing Lakers at the USports level while attending Teacher’s College.
Kate continues to play Senior Hockey with the Durham Lady Huskies, earning a Provincial title in 2023. Kate had several years of coaching with OSGH and TCD before stepping forward to lead our U15A team into the current season. Her passion for the game and dedication to her players has been pivotal to the growth of this group throughout the season and we are very fortunate to have her returning for 2024/25.
