Mission Statement:
We are a player focused sports organization offering hockey to all interested and registered female players, aged 8-21, within the City of Owen Sound, regardless of experience or skill level.

ii.	Promote dignity, teamwork and fair-play through mutual respect among all players, coaches, parents and executive
iii.	Involve players, coaches, parents and the executive effectively in the decision making process.
iv.	Strive for consistency, fairness and equality.

vi.	Encourage a safe environment of learning and development
vii.	Make decisions and enforce principles on behalf of all players for the overall benefit and sustainability of the organization
