Atom C - Sign Street Atom C Take Silver at "Pink in the Valley" Tournament

The Owen Sound Sign Street Atom C Ice Hawks played the Pink in the Valley Tournament in Alliston on the weekend and brought home Silver.

Their first game was against Temiskaming Shores Puckhounds. The Ice Hawks won 5-2. Hailey Feltis led the offense with 2 Goals and an assist. Natalie Book,Dani Wilkie, and Ryan Seaman each had a goal and an assist. Emma Cooper had 3 assists. Aimee Dubosq got the win and was player of the game stopping 20 shots. 


In their 2nd game the Ice Hawks beat North Bay Ice Boltz 6-0. 

Shailan Miller led with 2 goals and 1 assist. Cali Hill also had two goals and was player of the game. Ryann Seaman and Natalie book had a goal each. Dubosq had the win. 


The third game was a nail biter vs Mount Forest Rams. The Rams won 2-1 getting two goals back to back early on. Natalie Book scored for the Ice Hawks and was the player of the game. 


In the Semi Final the Ice Hawks saw Temiskaming again. Owen Sound won 4-1 with goals coming from Ryann Seaman with 2, Natalie Book, and Dani Wilkie (empty net). 

Leeann Roney had 2 assists and received player of the game. Dubosq got the win stopping 12 shots. 


In the Final the Sign Street Ice Hawks took on the Kitchener Lady Rangers, an A/B team. This one ended 0-0 after regulation and five minutes of 4 on 4 OT. 

In the shootout it was Kitchener who won it but it took 4 shooters each. 

Sign Street out shot the Lady Rangers 24-8. Ryann Seaman was the Player of the game for Owen Sound.
