Grey and Bruce Regional Girls' Hockey Forum

We are inviting representatives from all Grey and Bruce hockey associations offering or interested in offering girls' hockey programs to a Regional Girls' Hockey Forum to be held at the Durham and District Community Centre on Tuesday, March 20th from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. 

 

 

Goals of the forum:

  1. Discuss the present environment of Girls’ Hockey in the Grey Bruce region.

  2. Discuss upcoming OWHA and Hockey Canada changes to Novice and initiation programs.

  3. Discussion regarding organization of loops within the WOAA to promote development for all teams.

  4. Discussion regarding regional collaboration to enhance and build development grass roots and competitive programs.

  5. Provide the opportunity to discuss the needs of smaller, rural Girls’ hockey programs.

 

We look forward to having an engaging and productive meeting to advance Girls’ Hockey in Grey and Bruce counties.
